Employment achievements


The overall objective “rehabilitation, training and employment of Fayoum young people”

  • FAODA prepared and implemented a package of institutional capacity and human development trainings for volunteers to rehabilitate them for getting distinct jobs either FAODA or other bodies.
  • 2012 – 2013 … Through cooperation between FAODA and ACDI VOCA, they provide training program “Monitoring and Evaluation”, for 4 days. That training was done by (Ms. Diane Griffin) Technical expert in development and women field at ACDI VOCA.
  • 2013 … Through cooperation between FAODA and ACDI VOCA, they provide training program “Accounting and Financial management”, for 3 days. That training was done by (Mr. Michael Lawery) financial expert.
  • 2013 … FAODA had participated with the Egyptian Association for Educational Resources to implement the project of “Bent Baladi” that aims to train 100 girls from Fayoum Governorate obtained technical secondary or high school certificate in order to develop their abilities to get suitable jobs appropriate through the project’s three main components which are public awareness, empowerment future economic opportunities for girls, training on acquire the labor market’s skills.
  • Fayoum Agro Organic and Development Association has got license for implementing the training programme of Passport To Success “PTS” application ( life skills program for World Youth organization which has been successfully applied to more than 60,000 young people in fourteen different countries, including high , public and private schools, technical institutes, faculties , training teachers, and civil community organizations that serve young people . the training had been through Nahdet El Mahrousa association and eng. Mohamed El Medany, eng. Ahmed Taha and Mrs. Sawsan Shawky had participated in that training and received a Certified Trainer license (Passport To Success).
  • 112 young girls and 72 young men technical diploma graduates were trained on Passport To Success (PTS) by FAODA trainers.
