Constraints:-

  2. Delay Undersecretary of Education Ministry’s approval of the grant which led to delay to begin implementing activities.
  3. Some schools delayed in implementing proposals’ activities.
  4. Matartars School didn’t implement the agreed activities without any clear reasons, that led to stop funding the rest of activities and it was overcome by increasing activities in other schools.

Success factors:

  1. Clear cooperation between environmental committee’s members and each other and between FAODA inside schools {supervisors and students} that led to implement activities in a good and suitable way and on time.
  2. Egyptian program for environmental education had provided continued support and communicated with local society and implementing activities in common way that led to abbreviate much time.
